This engagement will identify a client's vehicle inventory by on-site physical verification of vehicle- level data, collect and validate accuracy of vehicle data attributes, identify deficiencies in the clients' vehicle Fleet Management Information System (FMIS) record fields, identify excess and unregistered vehicles, custody, custody ownership and physical location. Identify and document the vehicle-level data inventory (in-service, out-of-service, excess, unregistered, etc.).
We furnish a mobile resource management (MRM) solution that is used in many industry verticals for tracking a wide variety of asset types; from fleet vehicles and light equipment, transit passenger counts & arrival and departure schedules, to stationary power units and airport support equipment. Our products provide our customers with the ability to track, monitor and manage their valuable remote or mobile assets and the asset’s status and activities. Devices provide management with information critical to the safety, asset/vehicle usage and the efficiency of their people, equipment and vehicle fleets. Currently our MRM solution is used to track vehicles and remote assets in more than 10 countries. Fleet-Wi$e Management Group’ hardware partners have over 500,000 communication devices deployed that manage assets all over the world.
The purpose of BTO analysis is evaluating functional area performance and outcomes through the effective use of management data as supplied by current IT systems and tools, such as Single Platform Maximo. An analysis emphasizes on identifying current and proposed work and data flow processes, furnishing assistance in automating these processes and ensuring required operational data is available to management. Our analysis include development of existing and proposed work process and data flows and associated organization structures. A major goal of the BTO is to increase the utilization percent of available IT systems and tools by work process design, such as Fleet, Facilities, Utilities and Energy Management. The ultimate goal is to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations and management through improved automation of required work flow data and processes.
We evaluate the “health” of your vehicle(s), the curb-side appeal, work functionality, security, administration etc. and develop a “wellness” plan to address any areas requiring attention and improvement. We work with our clients to build strong strategic plans, identify fleet health goals, and the document paths to continuous improvement.
